1. Agreement
By accessing tagglefishseo.com or installing the Real Smart SEO or Real Smart SEO Pro WordPress plugins (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for any content you scan, generate, or publish using the Services, and for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure.
3. Third-Party APIs
The Services rely on third-party APIs including Anthropic (Claude) and DataForSEO. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any usage fees billed directly by them when you supply your own API keys.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Real Smart SEO Pro is billed annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
The Real Smart SEO plugins, source code, branding, and site content are owned by Tagglefish SEO. The free plugin is licensed under GPL v2 or later as required for WordPress distribution. Pro features and content remain proprietary.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SEO recommendations are informational and do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagglefish SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
