1. Agreement
By accessing tagglefishseo.com, using the Local SEO Planner, or installing the Livable WordPress plugins, Livable Local, Livable SEO, and Livable Geo (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Use Of The Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for any content you scan, generate, or publish using the Services, and for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure.
3. Third-Party APIs
The Services rely on third-party APIs including Anthropic (Claude), DataForSEO, OpenAI, and Perplexity. Each Livable plugin uses your own API key for the provider it depends on. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any usage fees billed directly by them.
4. Purchases, Updates & Refunds
The Local SEO Planner is a limited-use tool: it generates one plan per network within a rolling window and delivers the result to the email address you provide. The Livable plugins are sold together as the Livable Visibility bundle for a one-time price, with a lifetime license, free updates, and one year of priority support. All purchases are processed on livableforms.com, the home of the Livable plugin line: payment, license keys, downloads, and refunds are governed by the terms published there.
5. Intellectual Property
The Livable plugins, source code, branding, and site content are owned by TaggleFish SEO. Plugin code is licensed under GPL v2 or later as required for WordPress distribution; the Livable branding, paid distribution, and site content remain proprietary.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation Of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SEO recommendations are informational and do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaggleFish SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
